Our Pricing.

Medical website pricing should reflect what the website is expected to do.

No two medical website projects are the same. A focused website for a specialist entering private practice is a very different undertaking from a multi-specialist group website with 30 service pages, multiple locations, complex referral forms and a serious Google and AI-search strategy.

Medsolve website projects generally commence from $8,500 + GST. Final pricing is determined by the number and type of pages, the volume of medical content and team member pages required, functionality, integrations and the search / patient acquisition objectives of the practice.

Compared with a low-cost template website or a site assembled using a self-service platform like Wix or Squarespace, Medsolve will generally cost more. The product is fundamentally different.

Every Medsolve website is custom-designed and developed by our Australian team. We combine medical content writing, technical web development, foundational SEO, AI-search planning and patient-conversion strategy to create a distinctive long-term business asset — not simply put a practice online.

Why Page Count Matters?

The number and type of pages are usually among the biggest drivers of project cost.

The number and type of pages are usually among the biggest drivers of project cost.

A quality service, condition or procedure page is not copied from somewhere else and dropped into a template. It requires strategy, medical research, writing, clinical review, custom design, development, internal linking, metadata and quality assurance.

These pages can also become some of the website’s most valuable assets. A strong landing page for a commercially important procedure can generate appropriate patient enquiries for years, whereas a cheaper website with only a generic Services page may never compete for that search.

The important distinction is therefore not simply how many pages a website contains, but whether those pages have been properly planned, written and developed to support the commercial objectives of the practice.

Many Medsolve websites achieve strong organic visibility without a separate ongoing SEO campaign because their content, architecture, code, page speed and hosting foundations are built correctly from the outset.

We identify important services and search opportunities before development begins, then build the relevant landing pages, internal links, metadata and technical structure into the website itself. This gives the practice a substantially stronger starting point than attempting to add SEO to a small or poorly structured website after launch.

That does not mean ongoing SEO is never required. More competitive searches may also require backlink acquisition, digital PR, local-search work, additional content and ongoing optimisation. However, those activities are far more effective when the underlying website has been built properly.

A modern specialist website may need to perform three jobs at once: give patients confidence to make contact, compete for valuable searches in Google and clearly establish the doctor’s expertise for AI-assisted search systems.

That is a materially different brief from designing an attractive brochure website.

Patients are increasingly asking ChatGPT and other AI platforms to recommend a doctor directly. These systems need clear, substantial and technically accessible information about the doctor, their specialty, qualifications, areas of expertise, procedures, locations and broader professional authority.

For specialists with significant Google or AI-search objectives, we may therefore recommend a larger website or a complete rebuild. The additional investment reflects the strategy, content and development required to create a genuine search asset — not simply the addition of an “AI” label to an ordinary website.

The SEO & AI-Ready tier creates a strong foundation for search visibility. Rankings and AI recommendations cannot be guaranteed and may vary according to competition, location, user context, external authority and changes to search platforms.

For many procedural specialists, a single additional private patient may represent several thousand dollars in professional fees. A website that consistently generates appropriate enquiries can therefore produce an excellent return on its original build cost.

The reverse is also true. A cheaper website that looks acceptable but does not rank, explain the service properly or give patients enough confidence to make contact can be far more expensive in lost opportunity.

The relevant comparison is not simply the upfront price of the website. It is the value of the patient opportunities the website creates — or loses — over its working life.

Website build pricing includes the foundational on-site SEO and search architecture described within the relevant package.

Ongoing SEO, backlink acquisition, digital PR, AI-search visibility work, Google Ads and other digital marketing services are quoted separately after reviewing the client’s objectives, competition and desired patient mix.

We do not force every client into the same monthly package because the economics and search opportunities of a psychiatrist, orthopaedic surgeon, radiology clinic and fertility specialist are fundamentally different.

All pricing above is indicative and excludes GST. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, number and type of pages, content volume, functionality, integrations, photography, data migration and the condition of any existing website or digital infrastructure.

Each Medsolve proposal clearly specifies the pages, content, functionality and integrations included within the quoted project. Additional pages, functionality or scope requested after approval may be quoted separately.

Ongoing website hosting and management, and the purchase of any domains and their annual renewals are separate recurring services.
